I'm interested in this IntraLinks hiring! I've been looking to work with them. Any thoughts on what the stack looks like?

From what I know, IntraLinks uses Python (Django) and React on the frontend. Some interesting projects in their pipeline related to access control and secure data transfer.

I've also heard about those projects. I'm curious about their work in secure data transfer as I'm focusing on information security. If anyone works there, I'd love to know more.

YC W18 seems like a good batch. I've heard some great things about the companies from that year.

Yes, W18 is solid. A friend of mine recently joined IntraLinks and is enjoying it so far. I'm sure they're excited to hire a Senior Backend Engineer!

Why hire a Senior Backend Engineer? Are they working on some complex systems or scaling?

    • nerdking 1 year ago | next

As far as I know, they have some large-scale services that need expansion. IntraLinks has grown quite a bit lately, so they're working on expanding their infrastructure and developer team.

IntraLinks has had a significant presence in the enterprise market for a while. Curious what new technologies they're considering that require a Senior Backend Engineer.

There are rumors about implementing new security protocols and refactoring some legacy systems. So, they must need a Senior Backend Engineer to manage these tasks.

Or perhaps they're working on integrating machine learning for advanced data analysis? IntraLinks manages vast amounts of data, so improved analytics could be a huge asset for them.

Anyone know the interview process with IntraLinks? How many rounds of interviews and what assessments are involved?

    • hackingjane 1 year ago | next

Generally, it's 4-5 rounds. A phone screen, 2-3 tech interviews, and a final interview with their CTO. They give you a coding challenge and assess both your technical and communication skills.
