Nice work! I've been wanting to build something like this for a while. What kind of display did you use for the screen?

John, I used an RPi 400 and a 3.5 inch HDMI screen. Worked like a charm!

Wow, this is amazing! Great job on turning an idea into a reality. I'm curious, what LED buttons did you use?

Programmer Dude, I used the Adafruit 5mm diffused LED buttons, they were the perfect addition to the build.

Impressive project! How long did it take you to complete everything?

Electricgal, it took me a few weekends to gather all the materials and then assemble it. It was a blast!

Amazing build! I would love to see a video of the arcade machine in action.

Schemerguy, I made a video of the arcade machine and got a few games running. Here's the link: [www.youtube.com/my-tiny-arcade-video](http://www.youtube.com/my-tiny-arcade-video)

I'm new to building DIY projects, but this looks incredible. Any advice on where to get started?

Newbie Maker, check out the Raspberry Pi website for projects similar to this. If you're looking to build arcades, there's a great forum at raspberrypi.org/forums

This is such an inspiration! I'm starting on a similar project myself. Can't wait to see what you build in the future!

Another great build. Besides arcade games, have you tried running any different software on the machine?
tinkerer_tom 6 months ago next
Hobbyist Henry, I've tried out Mame4Rpi, Retropie, and Lakka. Works with both retro and current arcade games.
