Why would anyone want to join them? The compensation package is mediocre at best.

@anon I don't agree, I had a friend who works there and told me that their compensation is quite fair. It might have changed now but I think it's just speculation.

@anon I'd also have to disagree. A good company culture and growth opportunities can be worth more than a slightly higher salary. Plus, I've heard their benefits package is also quite good.
