    Another YC company hiring... Looking for a ML engineer myself. Wish they'd specify if they need experience with Python, R, or both. That would help filter interviews and save time for both parties.

      I saw their YC demo day '17 presentation and it looks like they're pretty well-versed in Python. However, a quick look at their current job description confirms - Python is required and they 'optionally' require R.

    I interned with InvestCloud for the summer and they were obsessed with modern tech for WealthTech. Definitely recommend @that_guy check out their ML projects, as there might be something up mit's sleeve they need help with!

    I'd bet they're looking for someone to help them with decision trees or ensembles. A Senior ML Engineer might be working on optimizing their core products for optimal performance with various ML methodologies and techniques.

      I think you're on to something, @ai_nthusiast! I took a look at InvestCloud's ML related patents and papers; most of them deal with decision tree type techniques. Might be they're looking for someone experienced with those!
