Hi johnny! We're using Ruby on Rails on the backend and React on the frontend. Our projects primarily involve developing secure and scalable API's and advancing pioneering technology in the field of encryption. Our company culture and technology stack are both very modern. We're also currently hiring remotely, although on-site may be an option in the future.

What do you looking for in a Full Stack Engineer? Years of experience, technical skills, etc.?

Hi codinglicious! We're looking for Full Stack Engineers that have experience with modern web development and ideally 3-5 years of professional experience. We're also looking for a strong understanding of REST APIs, and experience with both front and back-end web development technologies. We use Ruby on Rails and React primarily, so familiarity with those would be a big plus. On the front end, we're also looking for candidates that have experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, like Redux and Typescript. On the back-end, we're looking for experience with database design and development, specifically with PostgreSQL.
