Thinking about applying for this position but a bit concerned about the competition. Anyone here hear any estimates about the number of applicants?

Applied last night! Wish me luck. I wonder what kind of tech stack they're using. Hopefully, they use modern tools and approaches.

Just submitted my application! I've heard they work with Python/Django, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS, among other tools. It'd also be really cool to contribute to their efforts with Hubble Space Telescope data processing.

Having experience in the tech stack they use would definitely make you stand out! I'm surprised they haven't mentioned Docker and Kubernetes, though.

That's what I've heard! I've been working on getting familiar with things like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for a while now. Crossing my fingers.
