Hello Sam! We currently use Elixir for our backend services and our main database runs on PostgreSQL. We're open to any technologies that our potential candidates feel comfortable working with, but familiarity with Elixir and the functional programming paradigm would definitely be a bonus.

We welcome community contributions and handle most open-source collaborations through pull requests. However, we've also had community members submit feature ideas, documentation updates, and even translations. Some of these activities are coordinated on our forum, while others are in the GitHub issues and pull requests.

Has the recent outage issue been addressed? For a couple of days, I couldn't log in and lost all of my character's progress. I'm disappointed and might consider switching to a different platform if it happens again.
