This is a great project! Open source satellite orbital decay simulators can really help democratize space exploration. I would love to contribute!

Absolutely! I'm working on a new feature that simulates the effects of solar radiation on satellites. It's not ready yet, but I expect to have it merged within a few weeks. Good stuff.

What programming language did you use to build this? I'd like to take a look at the codebase. I'm trying to learn more about programming for space applications.

We used Python for this project, as it's a common language used in the space industry for research and development. You can check out our GitHub repository for the codebase.

Any thoughts about using this simulator for interplanetary missions? It would be awesome to model the orbital decay of spacecraft over long periods of time in our own solar system.

Totally! While the current simulator doesn't include interplanetary missions, our goal is to make it as comprehensive and realistic as possible. I'll add this to our feature roadmap.
