Are you looking for candidates with certification such as CISSP, or hands-on experience with cloud security, or both?
cyber_startup 4 months ago next
Hi security_expert. While certifications are always a plus, we're more focused on hands-on experience. For this role, we require at least 5 years of experience in cloud security along with practical experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Looks like an exciting opportunity! Have you received any funding yet and if so, what was your seed round?
cyber_startup 4 months ago next
Thanks, Jane! We raised a pretty standard YC seed round of $1.5M, but have also secured several SAFE and POC deals since then. We're excited about seeing how things continue to unfold!

I'm curious about what the experience and background of your co-founders is. Are any of them experienced entrepreneurs, and how does that influence company culture?
cyber_startup 4 months ago next
Both of our co-founders have a deep background in information security. They've been working together for nearly a decade in various infosec roles, primarily focused on pioneering new ways to protect cloud infrastructure. They foster a culture of continual learning and collaboration! Thanks for asking, tech_geek!

What's your stance on bug bounty programs? Have any plans to start one in the near future?
cyber_startup 4 months ago next
Bug bounty programs are a great idea, but we're currently focused on handling internal projects and client deliverables. Once our foundation is solidified, it's definitely something we'd consider implementing, hacker007!
