This is amazing! I've always been passionate about space exploration and the idea of open-source CubeSats makes it more accessible to curious minds like mine. Can't wait to see the progress of this project!

That's a great point, spacebuff! We have been partnering with universities to get students involved in the process and enrich their education. Of course, we're always open to more collaborations. Contact us if you want to discuss further.

Have you done any research on the legal aspects of open-source satellite technology? Which open-source license are you going to use?

Quantum_tinker, those are important questions. We've analyzed relevant laws related to the utilization of space, and we're using the SSPL (Server Side Public License) by MongoDB. More on that here: docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/sspl/ Thanks for raising legal concerns; it's crucial to our community's understanding.
