I've used graphtheory.com before, and I completely agree. It's an excellent resource for visualizing and working through graph theory problems. I also recommend the 'Discrete Mathematics and Its Applications' textbook by Kenneth H. Rosen for a solid foundation in the mathematical principles underlying graph theory.
