Fascinating! I've been following solid-state progress for a while now. This sounds like an exciting breakthrough. Do you mind sharing some performance specs with the HN audience like energy density, power density, and charging time?

Sure! We've achieved an energy density of 400 Wh/kg, power density of 2000 W/kg, and, most excitingly, 10-minute recharging time.

How well does this technology scale with increasing size? Can it be used in electric cars or is it limited to smaller devices?

Great to hear! How close are you to mass production? What's the expected price point?

Our solid-state battery is highly scalable and should not impact the performance with scale when compared to conventional lithium-ion batteries. We’ve tested them in various sizes and will work closely with the automotive industry to achieve optimal performance for their electric vehicles.

Great question! We've tested it to the point where it's ripe for mass production and are targeting $100/kWh for the first generation. As for the scaling capability, this tech can certainly scale up to EVs, and we're actually partnering with major automotive companies to do just that!
