I'm the lead dev, and we're expecting to onboard thousands of users quickly, so we'll need the backend to scale. I have a strong background in distributed systems, and we're looking to leverage the power of the blockchain for data storage. Our team is currently around 10 people, so there is plenty of room for impact.

Excellent question. We plan to incorporate Proof-of-Stake along with a token economic system to prevent Sybil attacks and incentivize responsible behavior. I'll provide more details soon in a future post.
