@anon_engineer, I had a chance to interview with Ultraseq last year for a research position, and ultimately decided not to join the company due to my preference for working in a smaller team. While the company seemed to offer a dynamic work environment and excellent dedication to health and wellness, I felt I would thrive better in a more intimate environment, allowing for closer collaboration and increased independence.
