@username4 I've dabbled in pen-testing before, but I'm by no means an expert. I think SlickSploit would provide on-the-job training for these types of skills.

@username3 I can't speak to the current work environment, but I've had some friends who worked there and they said the challenges made them grow as a professional. I think it depends on your tolerance for fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
