What's the interview process like for the Full Stack Engineer position?

The interview process is structured as follows: a 30-min call with me (the recruiter), 2-3 hours of technical interviews (coding, algorithms, problem-solving) with our engineering team, 1-2 hours of system design discussion with our chief architect, and 1-hour culture fit and company value alignment call with our co-founder.
