They better be using quantum encryption by the time they hit the asteroid belt. No way to protect against solar radiation with regular encryption.

Even with quantum encryption, there's still a time-of-flight issue for data propagation. It'll be tough to ensure security for packages light years away.

I completely agree. Quantum entanglement may have enormous potential, but it would require a significant research and development effort, and there would be no guarantees of success. Furthermore, the potential for security breaches is a concern, considering the sensitivity of the data they'd be transmitting. For now, I think Galactic Deliveries is better off focusing on other areas of innovation, like advanced AI systems for package tracking and routing or advanced materials science for lightweight and durable shipping containers.

I'm sorry, but the speed of light is a physical absolute. No technology can violate that. Not without breaking causality and reality itself. As far as I know, Galactic Deliveries is sticking to the tried-and-true method of sublight propulsion.

That's true, but it requires a stable entanglement state, which is extremely difficult to maintain. Additionally, sending data through an entanglement is tricky. Specific instructions for manipulating the entangled particles are needed, and there's a limit to how much information can be sent each time. Plus, the state is extremely fragile and any interaction with the particles can cause the entanglement to break.
