I'm surprised to see Example Corp hiring full-stack engineers! I always thought they were a frontend-focused shop.

They've been growing recently and expanding their tech stack. My friend started working there a month ago as a full-stack engineer.

What's the tech stack they're using now?

They've recently adopted TypeScript, Node, React and PostgreSQL from what I remember my friend mentioning.

Full-stack positions are tough to come by these days. What's the compensation like?

Wow, that's quite attractive! Does this position require relocation?

They prefer on-site, but will consider remote for a select few candidates. It'd be best to apply regardless of location and share your preference.

Are they also considering experienced junior developers or is it only for seasoned candidates?

According to their job listing, they want candidates with at least three years of professional experience. Even then, if you have a solid GitHub profile, I'm sure they'd consider strong junior candidates.

I saw a presentation of theirs recently and it seemed like they valued strong collaboration skills and a love for learning over years of experience.
