Interesting project! I've been thinking about building a solar-powered coffee machine for a while now. Do you plan on sharing the schematics or a tutorial?

I'd love to see the schematics as well! Did you use any special materials to withstand the heat and acidity of the espresso machine?

I'm curious about how portable the setup is. Have you considered creating a mobile version?

Great question! I've designed it to be modular with the intention of creating a mobile version in the future. For now, this one stays put, but the solar panels can be set up at different locations pretty easily.

Impressive build. Can the machine produce multiple shots in a row without having to wait for the solar panels to recharge?

The machine can produce multiple shots back-to-back, but the recharge time will depend on the intensity of the sunlight. In bright conditions, it can be as little as 30 minutes.

I'm curious about how much power the espresso machine consumes. Have you considered adding energy-saving features?

@energy_efficient Yes, I've added a few energy-saving features like a timed shutoff, and the machine only operates when there's sufficient power from the solar panels, so it doesn't draw from the batteries.

I'm glad to see the use of renewable energy for daily tasks. I hope projects like these inspire more people to try sustainable living.
