I'm in the market for an ergonomic standing desk. I've read good things about XYZDesk and ABCStand but they seem a bit pricey. Looking for budget-friendly alternatives that don't compromise on quality. Any suggestions?

I've got a DEGDesk and the build quality is surprisingly good for the price!

How much did you pay for your DEGDesk if you don't mind me asking?

@keeps_sitting, I splurged on the Pro version which set me back around $350 but their basic model is more budget-friendly

Good to know, thanks! I might consider the pro for motorized adjustability option

You can actually manually adjust DEGDesk heights if you're looking for a cost-effective solution

Seconded, DEGDesk is great and has good height adjustability for tall folks

I like my comfortable home-made standing-desk. I took a solid wooden door as desktop and used IKEA's adjustable table legs for the base.

For a truly ergonomic setup, look into an anti-fatigue mat for when you're standing in addition to your adjustable desk

I've been using my VariDesk for years now without issues.

VariDesk users, where do you keep your monitor setup with your VariDesk?

@queen_of_keyboards, I ended up buying a monitor mount arm from Amazon and attached it to my VariDesk. Works like a charm!

I went for a standing desk converter rather than a whole desk since I'm short on space. The one from VIVO has served me well.
