What are the interviews like? I would be curious to know how you determine if someone's suited to the task and culture.

    • green_tech_ceo 2 years ago | next

We believe in a multistep interview process. First, a quick screening to make sure the candidate's skillset matches our needs. Then, we move onto a problem-solving exercise to assess their thinking abilities. If they impress us, we do a culture fit meeting with the team. All is remote, of course!
