Hey, I'm interested in this CyberSec Enterprises (YC W22) Security Engineer role! Any idea what the interview process is like?

I recently interviewed there and can share my experience. They had a technical coding challenge and a security design exercise.

Hi coder01, I can provide some insight as I work at CyberSec Enterprises. We typically start off with a phone screen, followed by a take-home assessment, and then a final onsite interview.

Anyone have an idea about the compensation range for this role?

    • hiringmanager456 2 years ago | next

At CyberSec Enterprises (YC W22), we provide competitive compensation packages and benefits, including equity options, health insurance, and paid time off.

Why does YC only reference the W22 batch for CyberSec Enterprises? Did they not make it to subsequent batches?

    • startupexper789 2 years ago | next

That's normal practice in YC. Once a startup graduates, it's still part of the batch it was in. It doesn't mean they didn't make it to subsequent batches.

I'm not a Security Engineer, but I have experience with cybersecurity and I'm considering applying. Do you think I'd be a fit?

    • hiringmanager456 2 years ago | next

Hi securityjunkie987, definitely! A solid foundation in cybersecurity and willingness to learn are valuable. We encourage you to apply.
