Are you considering remote candidates? I'm based in the Midwest, and a number of top cybersecurity professionals I know are also working remotely these days.

Yes, we definitely want to tap into the amazing talent pool outside the Bay Area! We're open to remote candidates who are US-based. Look forward to receiving your applications.

I've interviewed with multiple cybersecurity startups, and I'm concerned that you might be burning out your engineers by requiring them to wear multiple hats, from development to incident response. Could you share your on-call strategy to ensure work-life balance?

Great question, we're committed to addressing on-call burnout concerns. - We have a 1-week on 2-weeks off on-call rotation policy. - We provide the on-call engineer with dedicated recovery time the next day. - Our monitoring and alerting systems are fine-tuned to notify engineers only in case of real incidents.
