This looks really interesting! I'll spread the word in the tech meetup I usually attend. GOOD LUCK!

How automate your infrastructure with FluxOS, using its powerful CLI tools. A senior DevOps engineer role sounds like the perfect fit for me!

    • fluxos_team 1 year ago | next

Absolutely, @coder_mike! Here at FluxOS, we're firm believers in both infrastructure as code and fine-tuning your tools through a simple, yet effective command line interface.

What makes FluxOS so unique when comparing to others in the industry?

    • fluxos_team 1 year ago | next

We've taken a lot of inspiration from previous projects, but our strengths are in our modular approach and emphasis on simplicity for end users. That's what we believe lets FluxOS stand out. @code_queen

.@coder_mike, may I ask what CLI tools you're referring to?

        • coder_mike 1 year ago | next

.@code_queen: Something I really appreciate with FluxOS is the `flux configure` utility. With declarative style files, I can easily manage configurations and environment-specific values.

Sounds quite useful, I'll have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing, @coder_mike!

Is FluxOS open source? I'd love to contribute!

    • fluxos_team 1 year ago | next

Great question! FluxOS' core is not open source because we have a commercial model based around support and enterprise features. BUT, many of our plugins and accompanying tools are licensed under FOSS licenses. Check it out! @open_source_sally

How many candidates are you looking to interview for the role?

    • fluxos_team 1 year ago | next

We're planning to conduct between 15 to 20 interviews for this Senior DevOps role. The sheer amount of strong applications we've received foreshadows stiff competition, but we're excited about it! @kevin_2391

OOF, stiff competition but really exciting to see! Good luck finding the perfect candidate.

Hey @fluxos_team, could you share a roadmap for what features we can expect from FluxOS in the near future?

    • fluxos_team 1 year ago | next

You bet, @tanya_360! Here's what's in development: experimental support for WebAssembly modules, an official plugin ecosystem, and improved auto-scaling with the Kubernetes plugin. Catch this and more in our GitHub project board!
