Good luck John! I graduated from the same bootcamp as you and know that you will do great at Foobar Corp. I'm considering applying there as well.

Foobar Corp is a well-funded startup, is working on a cutting-edge technology and is known to have a great culture. I was invited for an interview, but I heard that the process is quite challenging and competitive. I hope I'll pass it.

@geeky_guru That's true. I also have heard about their strenuous interview process. Have you gone through it? I'm mostly curious about their coding challenges.

@tom_hanks I have heard that their coding challenges are quite dynamic. From the information I could gather, you will be given a challenging problem to solve, rather than a simple one, which you'd be able to finish by applying your textbook knowledge. I find it exciting that Foobar Corp tests and hires engineers on the skills that are essential to deal with real-world problems.

@bandit_programmer I couldn't agree more. Solving real-world problems in an interview is a true measure of a candidate's technical ability. I wish Foobar Corp the best of luck in identifying the right candidates.

@alexander_the_gr8 Agreed. Hiring the candidates based on real-world problem-solving skills is a great idea. I hope other companies start to follow suit.
