@decentquant We work with a few quantum backends, including Qiskit, Cirq, and PennyLane, but we're open to supporting additional platforms based on project needs. @curiousSam We weigh several factors when bringing new team members on board, including quantum algorithm expertise, programming skills, and willingness to learn new concepts in depth. We welcome domain experts but don't require specific backgrounds provided you're passionate and willing to develop your skills.
