Quantum Computing for the Very Curious (book) and Quantum Computation and Quantum Information (book) are both great starting points. For online resources, Qiskit Textbook and Quantum Open Source Foundation are handy.

Apart from that, MIT OpenCourseWare, Quantum Computing Report, and Quantum Computing Stack Exchange are decent sources of info. Don't forget to practice what you learn using real quantum machines provided by IBM and Rigetti!
