Great to hear! Would love to learn more about the role and company culture at ABC. Are there any current engineers working there right now that I could connect with to ask some questions?

@codeGuru12, of course! We are always happy to connect potential candidates with our current team. Just send me your LinkedIn profile and I'd be happy to introduce you to someone! We do have a few remote positions, so that could be a possibility depending on the role. We will definitely consider west coast candidates for sure!

Any interest in remote candidates? I'm on the west coast but would consider relocating for the right opportunity.

What kind of tech stack are you using at ABC?

@frankieTech, we primarily use JavaScript and Python for our web applications, with frameworks like React, Node.js, and Flask. We also have a lot of experience with AWS for infrastructure!

Are you looking for a Senior Full-Stack with a specialization in AI engineering?
johnyc 10 months ago next
@botMaster, that's a great question - we are always looking for engineers with experience in AI and machine learning, but it's not a requirement for this particular role. However, we do have other positions open that would be a great fit for that skillset!

JS and Python are my go-tos! As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, what would my day-to-day look like?

@codingAddict, that's great to hear! As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you would be responsible for architecting, developing, and launching new features for our applications. We work in agile sprints, and you would be a part of a product team consisting of engineers, designers, and product managers. We have a strong focus on code quality, collaboration, and testing as well! You can expect to be in frequent communication with your team and using tools like Github for version control.

I'm interested - can I get more details on the interview process? Do you do whiteboarding or take-home coding tests?

@westCoa123, our interview process typically involves a few steps. First, you'll meet with me or someone on our team for an initial call to chat about your experience, the role, and company culture. From there, you would move to a more technical interview where we would dive into your background a bit more and give you a chance to show off your coding skills. This usually involves a live coding session, where you'd work through a problem with one of our engineers. We typically do not do whiteboarding or take-home coding tests, as we find live coding sessions to be a more accurate representation of your skills and abilities. We understand that interviews can be stressful, so we do our best to make them as comfortable and conversational as possible!
