I'm excited to see Meta hiring DevOps Engineers! I've always admired their work. I'm considering applying, does anyone know what the interview process is like?

Hi john! I interviewed with them a few months ago, and the interview process consisted of a phone screen, a take-home coding challenge, and then two in-person interviews. The in-person interviews were a mix of coding questions and system design questions.

The take-home coding challenge focused on their deployment pipeline and infrastructure. I found it to be a great way to evaluate your skills and see if you'd be a good fit.

Hi all, I just wanted to add that Meta is really committed to diversity and inclusion. They have a number of programs and initiatives in place to support underrepresented groups in tech.

That's great to hear, Jessica. Diversity and inclusion are important values that I look for in a company. It sounds like Meta is a great place to work.

Meta is a great company to work for. They have a strong engineering culture and a emphasis on automation, which I think is essential for DevOps.

I agree, Bob. Their focus on automation is one of the reasons I joined the company. It's a great opportunity to work on challenging projects and constantly learn new things.

I've also heard that Meta has a competitive salary and benefits package. Is that true?

Yes, Mike. From what I know, Meta offers a great compensation package, including stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan.
