@rjr Nice! We are actually using SpaCy as our base NLP library. It's working well for our purposes and we have created a set of custom pipelines and parsers.

Hey there! It's great to see your progress on the ML project. We are experimenting with Hugging Face Transformers as well, integrating the BERT model for NLP. It has been awesome to work with and would be great if the project could utilize that too!
