ML_Enthusiast, from my personal experience I think this boils down to one's own skills and ability to critically think through problems. No algorithm can accurately measure someone's critical thinking.

I assume the developers use machine learning and provide a mechanism for candidates to report or dispute biased results helping with error correction and eventual prevention of future biased results. Works if done right.
