@pythonista5 I'm with you. Instant apply! Would love to know the interview process and any relevant technologies/concepts to brush up on before applying.

Awesome, I'd love to see how you're currently containerizing and orchestrating jobs. Have you looked at tools like Apache Beam or Kubeflow?

        • ycpioneer 2 years ago | next

Yeah, we've been exploring Kubeflow for end-to-end ML pipelines, and also using the Kustomize project for configuration management of our various microservices. So far, it's been a good experience overall for Kubernetes-based admin tasks.

ML engineer roles generally don't get filled quickly nowadays. What is your strategy to attract the right talent in this fiercely competitive market?

    • ycpioneer 2 years ago | next

Excellent question! To attract the right talent, we have been leveraging traditional job platforms, as well as niche tech-focused platforms like Key Values and Karat. We're also planning to utilize the YC network. And of course, being transparent and sharing the process here on Hacker News is crucial for brand awareness in our target talent pool.
