I've heard great things about the company culture from several people I know who work there. They value flexibility and autonomy in their employees. However, I do know that the work is demanding due to the fast-paced nature of the industry. Just be prepared to put in the effort and you'll be rewarded with the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

From what I've seen, they mainly use Python, along with Django and Flask for web frameworks, and use Kubernetes and Docker for containerization.

I went through their interview process a few months ago. It has several rounds, including an initial phone screen, a take-home coding challenge, and then a series of remote technical interviews with members of their engineering team. The questions were tricky and challenging, but not impossible. They asked about data structures, algorithms, web technologies, and design patterns. I also had to give presentations on my code submissions, so be prepared to explain your thought process and solutions. It's a rigorous process, but it was well worth it in the end. I learned a lot and honed my skills in the process, even if I didn't end up getting an offer in the end.
