@questioner101, thank you for your interest! While a data science background is not strictly required, it is certainly a plus. However, we highly encourage infrastructure experts with a strong DevOps mindset to apply as well.

@hiring_process_expert, our interview process usually includes a phone screen, a technical assessment, and 2-3 interviews with the team, including a final interview with our CTO. We're also happy to answer any questions candidates might have during the process.
