  @Backender_Yoda We include a mix of interview formats and stages: a short coding challenge to ensure your core programming skills are solid, a system design discussion that focuses on your understanding of design principles and your collaboration skills, as well as a behavioral interview that will cover cultural fit and previous experiences. We're looking for a holistic perspective on candidates, and our interview process reflects this.

It would be great if you have experience in optimizing websites for mobile responsiveness and performance, as well as having worked with UI/UX best practices.
