@CuriousCoder, familiarity with Python, SQL, and JavaScript stacks like Node.js and React is valuable. Experience with cloud services security (AWS, Azure) is a bonus.

The answer, @AnonHacker, is regulations and customer trust. A data breach, for a small or big company, exposes sensitive user data and reputation damage.
