This is really interesting! I've been following the development of quantum computing for a while now, and having a desktop simulator is a huge step forward. Good luck with the hiring!

Hi all, I've been working on simulators for a few years, and this project seems to be solving real issues. I'm curious, what kind of developer background are you looking for to join your team?

Don't get me wrong, I'm excited about the post, but it seems there's a hype-train running here. Is there any working prototype available to evaluate the claims?

There is indeed a prototype available. Check out their GitHub repository and you'll be able to dive into the technical details before applying.

Great question. Initially, the team will work on building a robust and efficient quantum simulations for cryptography and optimization applications. But there are plans for expansion.

I'm a quantum computing Enthusiast, and I can't help but feel that quantum supremacy is not far away. Your thoughts?

With a working quantum computing simulation that is efficient and accurate, quantum supremacy might not be too far off. It certainly will speed up the progress towards that goal.
