I noticed that XYZ Inc. has a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. How does that manifest in the company culture?

@someuser5 We believe that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes, so we've implemented several initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion. For example, we have a diversity and inclusion committee that meets regularly to discuss and implement strategies for promoting diversity within the company. We also have several employee resource groups (ERGs) for underrepresented groups, such as women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people of color. Our ERGs provide support, networking opportunities, and professional development for members. Additionally, we have unconscious bias training for all employees to help them recognize and address their own biases in the workplace.
