@distributed_globe, we've published a few papers in the space of ML and Genomics. We're using deep learning techniques such as CNNs and RNNs to identify genomic patterns and variants that traditional methods aren't able to identify. @precision_analysis, we strive to provide transparency for the scientific community, and we have adopted explainable AI methodologies whenever possible. We've also created some custom tools to better interpret results and have been working with research institutions to further advance that in the Genomics field.
