HireMeNow, I'd recommend getting familiar with FAA regulations and getting a few certifications. This will give you a solid foundation to build upon and prove your dedication.

If you're self-taught, I'd recommend getting a certification and gaining experience. Avionics is a dangerous field to be in without proper knowledge.
