Hey folks, just heard about Awesome SpaceTech Inc (YC W23) hiring AI/ML engineers. They've made impressive progress in satellite technology, and looking forward to the exciting projects they'll be taking on. Curious how they'll apply AI/ML in space!

It seems the team members love what they do, but what is their stance on work-life balance?

A few of my friends have worked there and claim that the Work-Life balance is quite good. Around 45-50 hours/week with flexibility.

SpaceTech seems to have a promising future, especially with the emphasis on AI/ML. Alumni from my university have joined the team - I wonder if they enjoy working there. Would love to know more about the company culture.

Sounds like a lot of mutual connections! I've discovered that many universities have space engineering programs and internships these days. Maybe you could apply too?

I've just found out that SpaceTech Inc offers several benefits like health insurance, unlimited PTO, and provides sponsored conference participations, which are great! Overall it seems like a cool place to work. (Source: https: //careers.spacetechinc.com)

Some famous companies like SpaceX, NASA, and Blue Origin are working in a similar field. However, SpaceTech Inc seems to be strongly focusing on AI/ML. That's distinctive!

True! Many other space companies outsource their AI/ML projects; seeing a space company focusing on that is rare and pleasant. I hope SpaceTech makes it big and becomes the next SpaceX!
