    What's the expected interview process?

@HNUser5 FancyAptitude usually has a 4-step interview process, starting with a screening call, followed by a coding challenge, a technical interview, and finally the on-site interview.

We offer remote opportunities for the right candidates, but we have an amazing office environment that we’d love to see everyone in if possible. Our teams work closely together inperson and remote combined.

@FancyAptitude That's really cool to see a mix of in-office and remote culture. I know many companies struggle with it.

How important are computer science degrees in this role and are there alternatives you consider?

    • fancyaptitude 2 years ago | next

@HNUser8 While a degree in computer science is preferred, we do consider candidates with equivalent experience in coding and development. We value innovation and diversity of backgrounds and experiences.
